Annette O'Toole grew up in the Houston dance studio that was run by her mum. Annette O'Toole made her TV debut at the age of 2 in the form of a young child appearing on the Don Mahoney Kiddie Trooper show. The mother of her daughter with ten years of singing, dancing and dancing under her belt, went into Los Angeles a whole year when she was 13 to test out if she would be successful in the showbiz. In less than two months she secured her first paid job, singing with Danny Kaye on Danny Kaye Show with Danny Kaye. The actress says "I learned from my lessons to sing and dance in many different ways." It's an excellent discipline for actors." The debut performance of O'Toole in My Three Sons was followed by performances in Gunsmoke and The Mod Squad. She was also in Hawaii Five-O, The Mod Squad, The Partridge Family. Her greatest passion, despite her successes in film and on television was theatre. In the six years since her time on Smallville ended, she decided to devote her time to theater which she has been doing since the past ten years. Since moving into New York, she had her debut performance as a seagull in The Sea Gull. She's been in numerous off-Broadway plays, such as Adam Rapp's Kindness Tracy Letts' Man from Nebraska as well as Tennessee Williams' A Lovely Sunday for Creve Couer.
